Your role

  • Kompletowanie teczek osobowych pracowników
  • Wprowadzanie i kontrola danych w wewnętrznych systemach
  • Zapewnianie poprawnego obiegu dokumentów
  • Weryfikacja czasu pracy zaraportowanego przez pracowników
  • Tworzenie zestawień i raportów na potrzeby innych działów
  • Udział w usprawnianiu procesów wewnętrznych
  • Dbanie o dotrzymywanie terminów realizacji procesów wewnętrznych
  • Organizacja eventów/ integracji
  • Wspieranie kolegów z zespołu w codziennych zadaniach

Your skills
  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: Administracja, Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Znajomość przepisów prawa pracy
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność, terminowość, dynamizm w działaniu
  • Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne, komunikatywność, otwartość, miłe usposobienie
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Gotowość do pracy w biurze

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Bialystok HR Operations Department. If you meet the following requirements, join us!

Your role

  • Completion of employee personnel files
  • Entering and controlling data in internal systems
  • Ensuring the correct circulation of documents
  • Verification of working time reported by employees
  • Creating statements and reports for the needs of other departments
  • Participating in the improvement of internal processes
  • Ensuring that deadlines for internal processes are met
  • Organizing events/integrations
  • Supporting teammates in daily tasks

Your skills

  • University education, preferred majors: Administration, Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Knowledge of English at a communicative level
  • Very good organization of work, accuracy, punctuality, dynamism in action
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicativeness, openness, pleasant disposition
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work in the office
