Twoje zadania

Planowanie i realizacja audytów systemowych, procesowych, produktowych i homologacyjnych, a także wspieranie audytów zewnętrznych
Ocena i rozwój zespołu audytorów wewnętrznych (matryca kompetencji, wszechstronność)
Realizacja szkoleń wewnętrznych na temat specyficznych wymagań klientów oraz wymagań IATF 16949
Nadzorowanie skuteczności i raportowanie statusu działań korygujących po audytach
Planowanie i zgodna z IATF16949 realizacja regularnych przeglądów skuteczności systemu zarządzania jakością przez kierownictwo
Zarzadzanie procesem FMEA oraz nadzorowanie i doskonalenie lokalnych dokumentów systemowych

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe o kierunku inżynierskim lub pokrewnym
Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Inżyniera Jakości
Preferowane doświadczenie w obszarze audytów w branży motoryzacyjnej
Znajomość: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, IATF
Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację
Mile widziana znajomość języka niemieckiego
Otwartość na pracę stacjonarną w biurze klienta w Grójcu, z możliwością pracy zdalnej 8 dni w miesiącu

For our Product Design Studio Competence Center, we are looking for a Quality Engineer for Management Systems. The role involves working with a client that holds a leading position in the automotive technology industry, specializing in the design and manufacture of automotive equipment components.

If you are an experienced Quality Engineer and your passion is developing ISO technical specifications that integrate quality systems in the automotive industry - apply!

Your role

Planning and execution of system, process, product and approval audits, as well as supporting external audits
Evaluation and development of the internal audit team (competence matrix, comprehensiveness)
Implementation of internal training on specific customer requirements and IATF 16949 requirements
Overseeing the effectiveness and reporting the status of corrective actions after audits
Planning and IATF16949 compliant implementation of regular management reviews of the effectiveness of the quality management system
Managing the FMEA process and overseeing and improving local system documents

Your skills

University degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer
Preferred experience in the automotive audit area
Knowledge of: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, IATF
Knowledge of English to enable free communication
Knowledge of German language is welcome
Open to stationary work in the client's office in Grojec, with the possibility of remote work 8 days a month
