Join Sii Poland's Nordic sales team and help grow our business across the region. You'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing existing accounts, and selling Sii's full portfolio of IT and engineering services. Working closely with an experienced Account Executive and a team of eight sales professionals, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships and directly influence our growth in the Nordic market.

Your tasks

  • Driving sales of Sii Poland’s full portfolio of IT and engineering services
  • Developing business within the Retail, Media, Software Houses, and Professional Services sectors
  • Managing and expanding cooperation with existing clients
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in the Pomeranian market and across the Nordic region
  • Conducting contract and commercial negotiations
  • Coordinating pre-sales activities and supporting proposal preparation processes
  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT services or engineering services sales (not products)
  • Excellent command of English, enabling effective communication with international clients
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities
  • Strong business development mindset, combining hunting and farming activities
  • Experience in building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong ownership of business goals

Dina uppgifter

  • Driva försäljning av Sii Polens hela portfölj av IT- och tekniktjänster
  • Utveckla affärer inom detaljhandel, media, mjukvaruföretag och professionella tjänster
  • Hantera och utöka samarbetet med befintliga kunder
  • Identifiera och skaffa nya kunder på den pommerska marknaden och i hela Norden
  • Genomföra kontrakts- och kommersiella förhandlingar
  • Samordna förförsäljningsaktiviteter och stödja förslagsförberedelser
  • Bygga och upprätthålla långsiktiga affärsrelationer med nyckelintressenter

Krav

  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av försäljning inom IT-tjänster eller tekniktjänster (inte produkter)
  • Utmärkt engelska som möjliggör effektiv kommunikation med internationella kunder
  • Dokumenterad framgång i att skaffa nya kunder och utveckla affärsmöjligheter
  • Starkt affärsutvecklingsfokus som kombinerar jakt och odling av kunder
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga och vårda långsiktiga kundrelationer
  • Proaktiv inställning till att identifiera och driva försäljningsmöjligheter
  • Välutvecklade interpersonella och kommunikativa färdigheter
