We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Business Services Competence Center at Sii Poland, responsible for developing sales of services related to business process analysis, optimization, and automation. This role focuses on actively acquiring clients, building business relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your tasks

  • Active acquisition of new clients and development of business relationships in the Polish and international markets
  • Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline
  • Promoting and selling Business Services
  • Analyzing and mapping business processes
  • Optimizing operational processes
  • Automating business processes (RPA, workflow automation)
  • Digitizing and transforming processes
  • Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and handling client inquiries
  • Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events (conferences, workshops, webinars)
  • Supporting business development through participation in presales processes and close cooperation with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts
  • Monitoring market trends related to automation, digital transformation, and business process improvement
  • Acting in accordance with Sii’s mission, business goals, and core values

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
  • Very good command of English enabling cooperation with international clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare offers and business presentations
  • Dynamic, independent personality with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
  • Proactivity, can-do attitude, and natural ease in building positive business relationships
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Residence in Poland

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in selling services related to business process analysis, process automation, digital transformation, or business consulting
  • Knowledge of RPA, BPM, and workflow automation solutions
  • Expertise in business process optimization
  • Experience working with clients implementing transformation and digitization initiatives

  • Analysera och kartlägga affärsprocesser

  • Automatisera affärsprocesser (RPA, workflow automation)
  • Digitalisering och transformation av processer
  • Förbereda kommersiella erbjudanden, förhandla, slutföra kontrakt och hantera kundförfrågningar löpande
  • Samarbeta med marknadsavdelningen vid genomförande av försäljningsinitiativ och affärsevenemang (konferenser, workshops, webbinarier)
  • Stödja affärsutveckling genom deltagande i förförsäljningsprocesser och nära samarbete med leveransteam och experter inom CC Business Services
  • Övervaka marknadstrender relaterade till automatisering, digital transformation och förbättring av affärsprocesser
  • Arbeta i enlighet med Sii:s mission, affärsmål och kärnvärden

Krav

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av försäljning av B2B-tjänster i rollen som Business Development Manager eller Sales Manager
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska för samarbete med internationella kunder
  • Utmärkta kommunikations- och förhandlingsegenskaper
  • Förmåga att förbereda erbjudanden och affärspresentationer
  • En dynamisk, självständig personlighet med starkt fokus på att nå försäljningsmål
  • Proaktivitet, en "can-do-attityd" och naturlig förmåga att bygga positiva affärsrelationer
  • Flytande i polska
  • Bostadsort i Polen
