Do you have experience in B2B sales and want to make a real impact on the development of our Business Services offering? Are you comfortable interacting with business clients, able to identify their needs, and effectively translate them into sales solutions? Join us!

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Business Services Competence Center at Sii Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales of services in the areas of business operations, finance (AP/AR), and HR in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. This role focuses on actively acquiring clients, building business relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your tasks

  • Actively acquiring new customers in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets
  • Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline
  • Promoting and selling Business Services, particularly in the areas of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Business Operations, and HR Services
  • Preparing commercial proposals, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and providing ongoing support for client inquiries
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring high-quality service at every stage of the partnership
  • Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events (conferences, workshops, webinars)
  • Supporting business growth by participating in pre-sales processes and working closely with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts
  • Acting in accordance with Sii’s mission, business objectives, and core values

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the role of Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
  • Fluency in German enabling collaboration with clients from the DACH region—a requirement
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare proposals and business presentations
  • A dynamic, self-motivated personality with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
  • Proactivity, a “can-do attitude,” and a natural ability to build positive business relationships
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Residence in Poland

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling Business Services, BPO, SSC/GBS, or business process outsourcing
  • Knowledge of business processes, particularly in the areas of finance and accounting, operations, or HR

Dina uppgifter

  • Aktiv kundanskaffning på marknaderna i Tyskland, Österrike och Schweiz
  • Generering av försäljningsleads och utveckling av försäljningspipeline
  • Marknadsföring och försäljning av Business Services-tjänster, särskilt inom områdena: leverantörsreskontra/kundreskontra, affärsverksamhet och HR-tjänster
  • Utarbetande av offerter, förhandlingar, tecknande av avtal samt löpande hantering av kundförfrågningar
  • Att bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer samt säkerställa högkvalitativ service i varje skede av samarbetet
  • Samarbeta med marknadsavdelningen vid genomförandet av försäljningsinitiativ och affärsevenemang (konferenser, workshops, webbinarier)
  • Stödja affärsutvecklingen genom deltagande i förförsäljningsprocesser samt nära samarbete med leveransteam och experter inom CC Business Services
  • Att agera i enlighet med Siis mission, affärsmål och kärnvärden

Krav

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av försäljning av B2B-tjänster i rollen som Business Development Manager/Sales Manager
  • Flytande kunskaper i tyska som möjliggör samarbete med kunder från DACH-regionen – ett krav
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska
  • Utmärkta kommunikations- och förhandlingsfärdigheter
  • Förmåga att utarbeta offerter och affärspresentationer
  • Dynamisk, självständig personlighet med starkt fokus på att uppnå försäljningsmål
  • Proaktivitet, en ”can-do-attityd” och en naturlig förmåga att bygga positiva affärsrelationer
  • Flytande kunskaper i polska
  • Bosatt i Polen
