Obecnie poszukujemy Specjalistów ds. wsparcia IT, którzy dołączą do projektu dla klienta z branży bankowej, aby pomóc w utrzymaniu i poprawie jakości usług IT.

Twoje zadania

Wsparcie użytkowników końcowych w rozwiązywaniu problemów IT telefonicznie czy poprzez czat
Rozwiązywanie problemów związanych m.in. z logowaniem, VPN, dostępem do sieci czy pakietem Office 365
Współpraca z drugą i trzecią linią wsparcia użytkownika
Utrzymanie wysokiego poziomu obsługi i krótkich czasów reakcji

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum rok doświadczenia, w tym staże i praktyki
Podstawowa wiedza w zakresie Active Directory
Doświadczenie w rozwiązywaniu problemów z VPN
Znajomość konfiguracji aplikacji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word, MS Excel
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie – warunek konieczny

IT Operations is a Competence Center that is responsible for tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers, servers, operating systems, networks, databases and applications.

We are currently looking for IT Support Specialists to join a project for a client in the banking industry to help maintain and improve the quality of IT services.

Your role

Supporting end users in solving IT problems by phone or chat
Troubleshooting problems related to login, VPN, network access or Office 365, among others
Collaborate with second and third line user support
Maintaining a high level of service and short response times

Your skills

Minimum one year of experience, including internships and apprenticeships
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Experience in VPN troubleshooting
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams application configuration and MS Word, MS Excel functions
Good knowledge of spoken and written English - prerequisite
