Your role

Planowanie i kontrola procesu montażu gotowych detali mechanicznych/ elektrycznych w branży kolejowej lub motoryzacyjnej
Przygotowywanie instrukcji stanowiskowych oraz dokumentacji procesu z wykorzystaniem odpowiednich narzędzi
Rozwijanie i doskonalenie procesu produkcyjnego
Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych
Nadzorowanie wprowadzenia zmian konstrukcyjnych

Your skills

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne – zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji, mechanika i budowa maszyn, elektronika lub pokrewne
Co najmniej 4-letnie doświadczenie w uruchamianiu linii produkcyjnych
Wiedza w obszarze systemu CAD oraz MS Office
Zrozumienie specyfiki Lean Manufacturing
Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację
Mile widziana znajomość technik i narzędzi pozwalających na optymalizację procesów
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu

Join Sii and start working as a Process Engineer. You will take care of the efficiency of the assembly process in one of the projects for the automotive industry. You will also become a part of our internal unit specialized in the implementation of Industrial Engineering projects.

Your role

Planning and controlling the assembly process of finished mechanical/electrical parts in the railroad or automotive industry
Preparing job instructions and process documentation using appropriate tools
Developing and improving the production process
Resolving technical problems
Overseeing the implementation of design changes

Your skills

Higher technical education - production management and engineering, mechanics and mechanical engineering, electronics or related field
At least 4 years of experience in production line commissioning
Knowledge in the area of CAD system and MS Office
Understanding of the specifics of Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of the English language allowing for free communication
Knowledge of techniques and tools to optimize processes is welcome
Ability to work under time pressure
