• Eliciting business requirements and collaborating with Product Owner on defining features
• Actively working with Architects to define solution design
• Defining and documenting requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Collaborating with development/agile team and multiple stakeholders
• Analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in IT
• Previous work with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge and experience in API integrations
• Fluency in English, written and spoken

Optional:

• Formal qualification (IREB, IIBA, IQBBA, PMI/PBA)
• BPMN and UML knowledge
