Your role

Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych związanych ze sprzętem komputerowym oraz aplikacjami wewnętrznymi
Przygotowanie komputerów użytkowników do pracy
Podstawowa konfiguracja serwerów, sieci LAN/WAN Wi-Fi
Poznanie mechanizmów monitoringu i analizy infrastruktury IT
Praca zgodnie ze standardami takimi jak: ITIL, PRINCE, ISO 9000, ISO 27000
Współpraca z międzynarodowym zespołem wsparcia

Your skills

Minimum pół roku doświadczenia – w tym staże, praktyki
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (B2) – warunek konieczny
Dobra znajomość budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
Doświadczenie w konfiguracji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word i Excel
Praktyczna znajomość usługi MS Active Directory
Znajomość zagadnień związanych z konfiguracją serwerów oraz utrzymaniem sieci LAN/WAN i Wi-Fi
Komunikatywność, otwartość, oraz dobra organizacja pracy własnej

IT Operations is a Competence Center responsible for tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of: workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung), servers, operating systems, networks (Windows, Linux, CISCO, Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for onsite assignments from our client's office in Katowice, Poland. Depending on your experience, preference for the form of employment, types of tasks and financial expectations, we provide the opportunity for further development in the chosen direction.

Your role

Troubleshooting technical problems related to computer hardware and internal applications
Preparing users' computers for operation
Basic configuration of servers, LAN/WAN Wi-Fi networks
Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring and analysis mechanisms
Working in accordance with standards such as ITIL, PRINCE, ISO 9000, ISO 27000
Working with an international support team

Your skills

Minimum six months of experience - including internships, apprenticeships
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (B2) - prerequisite
Good knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
Experience in configuration of MS Outlook, Teams and MS Word and Excel functions
Practical knowledge of MS Active Directory service
Knowledge of server configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
Communication skills, openness, and good organization of own work
