We are seeking a talented BPM Platform Analyst to join our team working for a big, FMCG company. The Platform Analyst will be the technical owner of the Celonis Process Management SaaS platform. This role reports to the Product Manager for BPM and will contribute to the product lifecycle and roadmap.

• Maintain the Celonis Process Management platform
• Update configurations as required
• Liaise with Celonis Product Management teams to release new features into the environment
• Configure integrations with other IT&D tools
• Import and export data to and from the platform
• Support the IT&D Business Analyst with any technical challenges, clarifications, or issues
• Work with the Celonis Process Mining team to integrate and enable process visibility between the two solutions
• Attend workshops to provide technical inputs and overall solution architecture

• Experience with BPM and SaaS platforms, preferably Celonis
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0
• Understanding of industry best practices in common process areas such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and OTC (Order-to-Cash)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Must be available to work onsite in Warsaw at least two days a week
