We are seeking a talented BPM Analyst to join our team, working closely with Product Manager for BPM in a big, FMCG company. You will assist global process owners in mapping, maintaining, and optimizing their processes using the Celonis Process Management SaaS platform. Your contributions will play a crucial role in supporting a pilot project aimed at standardizing and optimizing processes within the Source-to-Pay workflow.

• Onboard and manage active users of the Celonis Process Management platform (CPM)
• Perform training sessions on BPMN 2.0 and onboard new process domains and users to the tool
• Manage administrative tasks within CPM, including process hierarchy changes
• Work closely with platform analysts to provide configuration requirements
• Attend workshops with process owners to provide guidance on BPMN 2.0 process mapping and modeling
• Collaborate with the Celonis Process Mining team to ensure effective process baselining and adherence measurements
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes including Import/export data to and from the platform
• Provide input into the product lifecycle, roadmap, and overall BPM strategy

• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0
• Understanding of industry best practices in common process areas such as P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and OTC (Order-to-Cash)
• Experience with BPM/SaaS platforms - specific experience with Celonis is not required, but experience with similar platforms is necessary
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Must be available to work onsite in Warsaw at least 2 days per week
