We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform Architect to join our team in creating software for the fuel/retail industry. In this role, you will shape architecture for critical business processes, working on experiences like Product & Services Sales or Customer Attraction & Retention. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other architects to design end-to-end solutions that align with the larger platform strategy.

• Design and refine architecture for business processes across the platform and orchestration layers, ensuring they meet specific business case requirements
• Collaborate with Solution and Platform Architects to ensure proper integration of solutions within the end-to-end architecture
• Understand the architecture of the broader company’s ecosystem and consult with senior architects to ensure solutions fit across different components
• Align with Application Architects to ensure the platform supports business process needs and build or modify services as required for platform expansion
• Influence the evolution of the platform and propose architectural blueprints in line with general architectural principles
• Contribute to setting architectural standards and guardrails within the Center of Excellence (COE) and ensure adherence to these standards
• Communicate architectural guidelines to internal teams and external vendors
• Actively participate in defining and maintaining quality attributes in line with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)

• Several years of IT experience, both as an Architect and Software Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Domain Driven Design
• Experience with Java and Spring
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, e.g. Sonar, GitHub
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical skills
• Ability to assess the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
• Fluent both in Polish and English - at least C1
