Sii Sweden is seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team and drive the design vision for the global leader in the home appliance industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and maintaining a cohesive visual language across multiple digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity and user experience for a global product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional design teams and marketing professionals, you will influence the design direction and ensure that brand guidelines are implemented effectively across all touchpoints.

• Lead the creation and maintenance of visual design guidelines
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across digital and physical platforms
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for a unified brand experience
• Create sketches, storyboards, and prototypes for design concepts
• Inspire and guide design teams to maintain creativity and consistency
• Contribute to the development of the internal design system

• Strong skills in UI design, graphic design, and brand identity
• At least 7 years as a Visual/Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house team
• Experience managing stakeholders in large organizations
• Solid understanding of UX and its impact on visual design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Expertise in motion, typography, photography, and illustration
• Fluency in English
