• Designing and implementing automated email and mobile marketing journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, while advising stakeholders on optimization opportunities
• Gathering and analyzing business, marketing, and technical requirements to develop comprehensive and scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
• Executing new integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and various external applications to enhance data flow and system performance
• Ensuring alignment of business requirements with organizational standards, policies, and industry best practices
• Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes, collaborating with IT to resolve issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including proficiency in configuring and optimizing various modules
• Experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and third-party applications
• Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
