We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project/Service Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the delivery of innovative e-mobility projects. In this role, you will manage critical IT projects and services aimed at supporting the rapidly growing e-mobility sector. You will work within a global, fast-paced environment, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with corporate requirements. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

• Ensure the successful delivery of e-mobility projects/services, aligned with agreed timelines, quality standards, and functional requirements
• Manage multiple projects/services simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables, with a focus on the e-mobility sector
• Foster a culture of accountability and ownership within leased teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and the organization’s values
• Monitor and ensure all deliverables meet mandatory standards established by Global Software Development for e-mobility projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and IT partners involved in the e-Mobility initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for project/service delivery updates, addressing any concerns or challenges
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and optimize workflows for greater efficiency

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in software development-related work
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects
• Experience working in a global and distributed organization
• Solid understanding of IT delivery best practices, including ITIL and agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish - C1 level proficiency
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, take risks, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Previous experience in managing projects related to e-Mobility is an advantage
