Sii Sweden is looking for a Senior Project Leader to manage process improvement initiatives within product development for a leader in the home applicants manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying project requirements, defining scopes, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize product development workflows. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

As a key player, you will develop risk management strategies, conduct process analysis, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of product development processes.

• Lead and manage product development process improvement projects
• Define project scopes, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Implement risk management procedures
• Analyze data and benchmark processes for continuous improvement
• Support training initiatives and create relevant training materials

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within product development
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in process optimization and risk management
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in managing enterprise-level project management tools
