For our rapidly growing client, to the R&D department, we are seeking a talented Product Owner and/or Business Analyst with hands-on experience in creating Master Data solutions.

The person will be working as part of the hard-working and regularly brainstorming the things team and support the designing, building, and delivering of expertise and support of the platform. You will work alongside the current Product Owner on the product backlog with the biggest focus on building the right master data model that will fit the solution best. In your role, you will co-work on the strategy of the organization and ensure that the platform contributes to this strategy.

• Designing a master data model that best solves the problem
• Guiding with master data expertise
• Creating the backlog
• Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and MDM best practices, and evaluating them for applicability
• Verifying the implementation – ensuring the delivered system is consistent with the requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Master and Reference Data
• At least 3 years of experience with a focus on data strategy and Master Data Management
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
• Ability to collaborate, navigate complex decisions, and integrate diverse stakeholder perspectives with an open mind
• Experience in an Agile environment with the ability to split work, optimize the backlog, prioritize tasks effectively, and confidently push back or pull when necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with fluent English proficiency at a minimum C1 level

Optional:

• Knowledge of EAM (SAP/IBM/Oracle)
• Understanding of data warehousing
• Experience with AI and Machine Learning
