Twoje zadania

Określanie celów, zakresu, harmonogramu i budżetu projektu, a także identyfikowanie potencjalnych ryzyk i tworzenie strategii ich minimalizacji
Identyfikowanie koniecznych zmian oraz ocenianie ich wpływu na harmonogram, budżet i zakres projektu
Organizowanie pracy zespołu IT, przydzielanie zadań, motywowanie członków zespołu
Opracowywanie dokładnych planów działania, monitorowanie postępów oraz regularne informowanie interesariuszy o statusie projektu

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku IT Project Managera
Znajomość narzędzi takich jak Jira czy Enterprise Architect
Wiedza z zakresu metodyk zarządzania projektami (Waterfall, Agile)
Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu skomplikowanych projektów w obszarze FinTech
Wcześniejsza praca w projektach międzynarodowych
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej w biurze w Poznaniu

Mile widziane:

Doświadczenie w pracy z projektami środowisku chmurowym (AWS)

Your role

Defining project goals, scope, schedule and budget, as well as identifying potential risks and creating strategies to minimize them
Identifying necessary changes and assessing their impact on the project schedule, budget and scope
Organizing the work of the IT team, assigning tasks, motivating team members
Developing accurate action plans, monitoring progress, and regularly updating stakeholders on the status of the project

Your skills

Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Knowledge of tools such as Jira or Enterprise Architect
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
Experience in leading complex projects in the FinTech area
Previous work in international projects
Very good knowledge of the English language
Willingness to work hybrid in the Poznan office

Optional:

Experience working with projects in a cloud environment (AWS)
