IT Operations to Centrum Kompetencyjne odpowiedzialne za realizację zadań i projektów w obszarze utrzymania: stanowisk roboczych i urządzeń mobilnych: komputerów, laptopów, tabletów, telefonów komórkowych, drukarek, serwerów, systemów operacyjnych, sieci; baz danych (SQL, Oracle); aplikacji (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

Obecnie do zespołu poszukujemy osobę na stanowisko IT Support Specialist do wsparcia jednego z naszych klientów w Krakowie (praca 100% z biura klienta).

Twoje zadania

Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych zgłaszanych przez użytkowników w zakresie oprogramowania, sprzętu i sieci dla komputerów stacjonarnych, laptopów i serwerów
Przygotowywanie sprzętu komputerowego
Inwentaryzacja sprzętu komputerowego
Zapewnienie, że umowy dotyczące poziomu usług są spełnione, a zgłoszenia incydentów i requests-ów są odpowiednio aktualizowane w systemie ticketowym klienta
Koordynacja dostaw i zamówień dla biura klienta
Utrzymanie infrastruktury biurowej: sale konferencyjne, drukarki, serwerownie
Przeprowadzenie procesu wdrożenia IT dla nowych pracowników

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum pół roku doświadczenia – w tym staże, praktyki
Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie na poziomie komunikatywnym
Dobra znajomość budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
Znajomość konfiguracji aplikacji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word, MS Excel
Wiedza na temat konfiguracji i utrzymania sieci LAN/WAN i Wi-Fi
Umiejętności interpersonalne (komunikatywność, otwartość)

IT Operations is a Competence Center responsible for carrying out tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of: workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers, servers, operating systems, networks; databases (SQL, Oracle); applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team to support one of our clients in Krakow, Poland (working 100% from the client's office).

Your role

Troubleshooting technical problems reported by users on software, hardware and networks for desktops, laptops and servers
Preparation of computer hardware
Inventorying computer hardware
Ensuring that service level agreements are met and that incident reports and requests are updated appropriately in the customer's ticket system
Coordinating supplies and orders for the client's office
Maintain office infrastructure: conference rooms, printers, server rooms
Conducting the IT implementation process for new employees

Your skills

Minimum six months of experience - including internships, apprenticeships
Knowledge of spoken and written English at a communicative level
Good knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams application configuration and MS Word, MS Excel functions
Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance
Interpersonal skills (communicativeness, openness)
