• Manage a team of developers
• Allocate specialists to reported project requests
• Recruit for projects (identify needs and coordinate the entire process)
• Proactively search for opportunities to engage workers in projects
• Support business development by assisting in the pre-sales process
• Take care of employees' satisfaction and their development (coordinate career paths, project changes, yearly evaluations)
• Conduct regular meetings with team members
• Handle the appropriate level of costs, control budget execution and salary grid

• Professional experience in the recruitment/administration/sales area
• At least 3 years of experience in team management
• Knowledge of soft HR (recruitment, selection, training, employee evaluations, communication)
• Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commitment, and a positive attitude
• Ability to plan and organize own work and teamwork well
• English at a communicative level
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days a week
