We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer to join one of the projects from the fuel industry. The project is dedicated to supporting our client in the post-implementation phase of a high-impact merger and acquisition (M&A) process within the fuel industry. Our mission involves exploring and analyzing business processes and client systems, crafting a cost-effective data and application migration strategy as well as identifying key business enablers, and building innovative capabilities in web and mobile app domains.

• Develop and enhance solutions based on a microservices architecture in an MS Azure environment (REST, ETL, Kubernetes, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, etc.)
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests
• Document APIs using Swagger
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing business processes
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment

• Proficiency in Java 21, REST, Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Reactive Programming (WebFlux)
• Understanding of basic design patterns in cloud environments
• Familiarity with JUnit 5, Mockito, MockServer
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams

Optional:

• Experience with MS Azure (Pipelines, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
• Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (e.g., Redis, Hazelcast)
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Understanding of OAuth2/OpenID
