Koordynowanie i organizowanie spotkań integracyjnych, programów wolontariackich oraz konkursów dla pracowników
Promocja i nadzór nad działaniami związanymi z grupami zainteresowań, grupami sportowymi i Communities
Zamówienia i wykorzystanie materiałów marketingowych oraz sprzętu na potrzeby organizowanych eventów
Zarządzanie lokalnym magazynem HR
Wdrażanie globalnej polityki komunikacyjnej
Odpowiedzialność za fotorelacje i przygotowywanie prezentacji na lokalne eventy
Przygotowywanie i zarządzanie treścią lokalnych newsletterów

Twoje umiejętności

Status studenta lub wykształcenie wyższe
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu pakietu MS Office
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne, łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów oaz nastawienie na pracę zespołową
Kreatywność oraz otwartość na zmiany i nowe wyzwania
Gotowość do pracy w wymiarze ¾ etatu na podstawie umowy zlecenia.

Coordinate and organize team-building meetings, volunteer programs and competitions for employees
Promotion and supervision of activities related to interest groups, sports groups and Communities
Ordering and using marketing materials and equipment for organized events
Management of the local HR magazine
Implementation of global communications policy
Responsibility for photo coverage and preparation of presentations for local events
Preparing and managing the content of local newsletters

Your skills

Student status or higher education
Very good knowledge of English language
Practical knowledge of MS Office
Highly developed communication skills, ease in establishing contacts and attitude to teamwork
Creativity and openness to changes and new challenges
Willingness to work ¾ time on the basis of a contract of mandate.
