Twoje zadania

Współtworzenie i wdrożenie strategii SEM z uwzględnieniem ruchu z SEO i PPC w wyszukiwarce
Tworzenie, prowadzenie i optymalizowanie kampanii Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads oraz TikTok Ads oraz kampanii retargetingowych
Współpraca w zakresie kampanii marketing automation
Koordynacja działań z zespołem developerów w zakresie optymalizacji stron www w celu intensyfikacji rezultatów z działań SEO i SEM
Współpraca z zespołem odpowiedzialnym za firmowe kanały social media w zakresie rekomendacji i best practices
Przygotowanie analiz i raportów podsumowujących prowadzone działania
Regularne monitorowanie i analizę działań konkurencji
Ciągłe poszukiwanie nowych rozwiązań oraz wdrażanie najlepszych z nich

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum roczne doświadczenie w prowadzeniu kampanii SEM
Biegłe umiejętności korzystania z Google Ads oraz Meta Ads
Doskonałe umiejętności korzystania z narzędzi takich jak: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Senuto czy Semstorm
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Zaawansowana znajomość pakietu MS Office

Mile widziane:

Praktyka w prowadzeniu kampanii LinkedIn Ads
Umiejętność obsługi narzędzi do automatyzacji marketingu
Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu kampanii rekrutacyjnych oraz w sektorze B2B z wykorzystaniem działań SEM na rynku międzynarodowym

To the Marketing Department of Sii, the largest IT and engineering company in Poland, we are looking for a reliable person for the position of Online Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for supporting the creation of SEM and SEO campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness through the preparation of analysis and reports.

Therefore, if you feel that this is the position for you - apply! You will join a rapidly growing team of 40 people with a wide cross-section of competencies, and you will have an impact on the company's sales and recruitment results.

Your role

Co-creation and implementation of SEM strategies with traffic from SEO and PPC search engine traffic
Create, run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns and retargeting campaigns
Collaborate on marketing automation campaigns
Coordinating with the development team on website optimization to intensify results from SEO and SEM efforts
Collaborate with the team responsible for the company's social media channels on recommendations and best practices
Preparation of analyses and reports summarizing the conducted activities
Regular monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities
Continuous search for new solutions and implementation of the best of them

Your skills

A minimum of one year experience in running SEM campaigns
Proficient skills in using Google Ads and Meta Ads
Excellent skills in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Senuto or Semstorm
Very good knowledge of the English language
Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Optional:

Practice in running LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Ability to operate marketing automation tools
Experience in running recruitment and B2B campaigns using SEM activities in the international market
