Dział Prawny zajmuje się bieżącą obsługą prawną oraz wsparciem prawnym spółki, ściśle współpracując z poszczególnymi departamentami biznesowymi i zarządem oraz uczestnicząc w procesach biznesowych spółki.

Twoje zadania

Obsługa prawna spraw klientów wewnętrznych wynikających z bieżącej działalności spółki z zakresu IP/IT/danych osobowych/prawa cywilnego i gospodarczego
Sporządzanie i weryfikacja umów zawieranych przez spółkę oraz udział w ich negocjowaniu
Sporządzanie opinii prawnych oraz bieżące konsultacje prawne
Tworzenie pism procesowych oraz reprezentowanie spółki przed sądami i organami administracji publicznej
Przygotowywanie wzorów umów, procedur oraz innych dokumentów prawnych obowiązujących w spółce
Wsparcie biznesowo-prawne we wszelkich aspektach działalności spółki
Organizowanie szkoleń z zagadnień prawnych dla określonych departamentów spółki
Proporcje wykonywanych zadań: sporządzanie pism procesowych i reprezentowanie Sii przed sądami: 20%, weryfikowanie i negocjowanie umów z klientami 70%, 10% inne zadania

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe na kierunku prawo
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w tworzeniu pism procesowych oraz reprezentowaniu spółki przed sądami
Doświadczenie w negocjowaniu umów zawieranych w obrocie gospodarczym, w języku polskim oraz angielskim
Mile widziane osoby posiadające doświadczenie w spółce o podobnym profilu (IT) oraz doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku
Pro-biznesowe podejście do powierzonych przez spółkę spraw
Sprawne zarządzanie realizacją powierzonych spraw oraz terminów ich realizacji
Bardzo dobra znajomość jęz. angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie), w tym znajomość terminologii prawniczej

The Legal Department handles the company's day-to-day legal services and support, working closely with individual business departments and management and participating in the company's business processes.

Your role

Providing legal services for internal client matters arising from the company's day-to-day operations in the field of IP/IT/personal data/civil and business law
Drafting and verification of contracts concluded by the company and participation in their negotiation
Preparation of legal opinions and ongoing legal consultations
Drafting of pleadings and representation of the company before courts and public administration bodies
Preparation of model contracts, procedures and other legal documents applicable to the company
Business and legal support in all aspects of the company's operations
Organizing training on legal issues for specific departments of the company
Proportion of tasks performed: drafting pleadings and representing Sii before courts: 20%, verifying and negotiating contracts with clients 70%, 10% other tasks

Your skills

Higher education in the field of law
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in drafting pleadings and representing the company before courts
Experience in negotiating business contracts, in Polish and English
Experience in a company with a similar profile (IT) and experience in working in an international environment is welcome
Pro-business approach to matters entrusted by the company
Efficient management of the implementation of entrusted matters and their deadlines
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), including knowledge of legal terminology
