Twoje zadania

Analiza kosztów strukturalnych oraz przedstawianie rekomendacji na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz
Tworzenie rocznego budżetu, kwartalna aktualizacja oraz analiza odchyleń
Identyfikacja i analiza KPI, kontrola wypełniania celów
Udział w procesach związanych z zamknięciem miesiąca, weryfikacja poprawności księgowań
Bliska współpraca z menadżerami i dyrektorami odpowiedzialnymi za dane obszary kosztowe
Kalkulacja premii
Przygotowywanie prezentacji na potrzeby zarządu

Twoje umiejętności

Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne
Bardzo dobra znajomość Microsoft Office, szczególnie programu MS Excel
Komunikatywność, umiejętność współdziałania i budowania dobrych relacji
Dokładność, systematyczność, inicjatywa i pro-aktywność
Wykształcenie wyższe lub student ostatnich lat studiów (finanse, ekonomia, zarządzanie)
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. średniozaawansowanym
Mile widziana znajomość Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI lub SQL

Possible location

Our Controlling Department is a passionate team of specialists for special tasks. We are involved in numerous projects aimed at continuous improvement and automation of processes related to building financial knowledge of our company. Using tools such as Power BI, for example, we can professionally and effectively support managers at every level.

In each of our activities related to forecasting, reporting or creating analysis, we take care of the continuous development of our skills. To this end, we conduct a number of internal and external trainings. We create an environment open to innovation so each of us has a real impact on the development of the team.

Your role

Analyzing structural costs and making recommendations based on the analysis carried out
Creation of annual budget, quarterly update and analysis of deviations
Identification and analysis of KPIs, control of target fulfillment
Participation in month-end closing processes, verification of accounting accuracy
Close cooperation with managers and directors responsible for given cost areas
Calculation of bonuses
Preparation of presentations for the management

Your skills

Very good analytical skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Communication skills, ability to interact and build good relationships
Accuracy, regularity, initiative and pro-activity
University degree or final year student (finance, economics, management)
Knowledge of English at a minimum intermediate level
Knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI or SQL is welcome
