Twoje zadania

Podejmowanie działań w celu właściwego realizowania procesu zakupów: analiza zaopatrzenia, tworzenie zapytań ofertowych, negocjowanie cen i warunków zakupu
Efektywna współpraca z działami sprzedaży, wewnętrznym IT, administracją i księgowością
Wielowymiarowa analiza otrzymanych ofert i kosztów zakupu
Pozyskiwanie nowych kontaktów oraz budowanie długotrwałych relacji z dostawcami i producentami: rozmowy handlowe, pozyskiwanie cen specjalnych, koordynacja procesu zakupów
Współpraca z dostawcami krajowymi i zagranicznymi
Ocena oraz weryfikacja, a także aktualizacja bazy danych dostawców
Składanie zamówień oraz kontrola terminowości dostaw
Optymalizacja kosztów związanych z procesem zakupowym
Archiwizacja dokumentacji zakupowej

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów (preferowany kierunek: Logistyka)
Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu procesów zakupowych
Bardzo dobra komunikacja w tym telefoniczna i umiejętności interpersonalne pozwalające prowadzić proces z partnerem wewnętrznym i dostawcami
Język angielski na bardzo dobrym poziomie
Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera w zakresie Microsoft Office i narzędzi dostawców
Dociekliwość i determinacja w znalezieniu optymalnej oferty i rozwiązania preferowanego dla klienta
Skrupulatność w prowadzeniu dokumentacji
Terminowość oraz dobra organizacja czasu pracy

Possible location

We are looking for a dynamic, committed, organized and hard-working individual to join the Procurement Department within Sii's structures, willing to be part of a team of Procurement Specialists.

We are a supportive team, moving towards meeting the needs of our internal customers and engaging in client projects. Diverse interests related to the need for active recreation, motivate us to take on new challenges, so we inspire each other.

Your role

Undertaking activities to properly execute the purchasing process: analyzing procurement, creating requests for proposals, negotiating prices and terms of purchase
Effective cooperation with sales, internal IT, administration and accounting departments
Multidimensional analysis of received offers and purchase costs
Acquiring new contacts and building long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturers: trade talks, obtaining special prices, coordination of the purchasing process
Cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers
Evaluating and verifying, as well as updating the database of suppliers
Placing orders and controlling the timeliness of deliveries
Optimization of costs associated with the purchasing process
Archiving of purchasing documentation

Your skills

University degree or in the course of study (preferred direction: Logistics)
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading purchasing processes
Very good communication including telephone and interpersonal skills to lead the process with internal partner and suppliers
English language at a very good level
Very good computer skills in Microsoft Office and supplier tools
Inquisitiveness and determination to find the optimal offer and preferred solution for the customer
Meticulousness in record keeping
Punctuality and good organization of working time
