Currently, at Sii, we are looking for an L1 Technical Support Specialist to support our client from the healthcare industry. The start of the collaboration will be part-time.

Your role

Provide L1 support service via phone
Create respective tickets for the incoming calls
Support in Swedish and English

Your skills

Some experience in technical support
General desktop hardware and software knowledge
Familiar with Jira
Proficiency (C2) in Swedish and English is a must
