Twoje zadania

Samodzielne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska specjalistyczne, w tym z branży IT
Aktywne działania skierowane na poszukiwanie i kontaktowanie się z kandydatami (direct search, znajomość narzędzi sourcingowych)
Weryfikacja i selekcja nadesłanych aplikacji
Wsparcie działań z obszaru Employer Branding
Współpraca i wsparcie klientów wewnętrznych w zakresie realizacji procesów rekrutacyjnych
Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z Kandydatami, dbałość o Candidate Unique Experience
Współzarządzanie bazą danych kandydatów
Realizowanie bieżących działań poprawiających efektywność rekrutacji

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: psychologia, zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, filologia angielska)
Min. 3 lata doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych
Mile widziane doświadczenie w obszarze rekrutacji w obszarze finansów lub IT
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne – komunikatywność, umiejętność nawiązywania i utrzymywania dobrych relacji
Zaangażowanie, ambicja, skupienie na osiąganiu celów zawodowych
Dokładność, profesjonalizm, dbałość o szczegóły realizowanych zadań
Wysoka kultura osobista i umiejętność asertywnego przekonywania do swoich racji
Gotowość do pracy z biura 3 dni w tygodniu
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego oraz angielskiego

Your role

Independently conduct recruitment processes for specialized positions, including those in the IT industry
Active activities aimed at finding and contacting candidates (direct search, knowledge of sourcing tools)
Verification and selection of submitted applications
Support of activities in the area of Employer Branding
Cooperation and support of internal customers in the implementation of recruitment processes
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Candidates, taking care of Candidate Unique Experience
Co-management of the candidate database
Carrying out ongoing activities to improve the effectiveness of recruitment

Your skills

Higher education (preferred majors: psychology, human resource management, English philology)
Min. 3 years of experience in conducting recruitment processes independently
Nice experience in recruitment in the area of finance or IT
Highly developed interpersonal skills - communication skills, ability to establish and maintain good relations
Commitment, ambition, focus on achieving professional goals
Accuracy, professionalism, attention to detail of tasks performed
High personal culture and the ability to assertively argue your case
Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week
Very good knowledge of Polish and English
