With a global presence in more than 190 countries, the client is dedicated to serving healthcare institutions, life science researchers, clinical laboratories, industry, and the public. The company specializes in providing a wide range of medical supplies, devices, laboratory equipment, and diagnostic products. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Admin to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through hands-on declarative configuration on the Salesforce.com platform and ecosystem.

• Performing hands-on configuration tasks, including building objects, fields, flows, page layouts, lightning record pages, validation rules, and more
• Translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Collaborating with technical teams and integration systems to deliver integrated solutions across the business
• Delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions on the Salesforce.com ecosystem, driving business value
• Providing guidance and leadership to production support teams, ensuring timely resolution of break-fix issues

• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, with expertise across the entire setup menu and standard Salesforce.com features
• Possession of Salesforce.com Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform App builder certifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of Marketo, ServiceMax, Oracle CPQ, and Conga CLM is a plus
