• Supporting the Sales Department in conducting the recruitment process by managing the candidate database, analyzing resumes, preliminary telephone interviews and arranging technical interviews
• Ongoing cooperation with the Recruitment Department in sourcing candidates
• Updating information in the CRM system
• Participation in ongoing sales projects

• Willingness to gain experience and further develop in the field of IT services sales
• Availability at a minimum of min. 4/5 of a full-time job and readiness for long-term cooperation
• Student or graduate status
• Fluent knowledge of English - min. level B2
• Good organization of own work
• Positive attitude and communication skills
• Experience in customer service/working in a call center - welcome
