Twoje zadania

Wsparcie IT użytkowników w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów technicznych – związanych z aplikacjami, systemami oraz sprzętem komputerowym
Poznanie mechanizmów monitoringu i analizy infrastruktury IT
Realizowanie zadań zgodnie z międzynarodowymi standardami świadczenia usług informatycznych ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000
Instalowanie i konfigurowanie sprzętu komputerowego

Twoje umiejętności

Dostępność w wymiarze pełnego etatu w miesiącach lipiec-wrzesień oraz gotowość do przedłużenia współpracy po okresie stażu (w pełnym wymiarze godzin)
Status studenta na kierunku Informatyka lub pokrewnym
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie – warunek konieczny
Umiejętności interpersonalne (komunikacja, otwartość, empatia)
Znajomość systemu MS Windows, aplikacji MS Outlook oraz funkcji programów MS Word, MS Excel
Doświadczenie w dziale wsparcia IT zdobyte w trakcie staży lub praktyk będzie dodatkowym atutem

Your role

IT support of users in solving technical problems - related to applications, systems and hardware
Learning the mechanisms of monitoring and analysis of IT infrastructure
Performing tasks in accordance with international standards of IT service delivery ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000
Installing and configuring computer hardware

Your skills

Availability on a full-time basis during the months of July-September and willingness to extend cooperation after the internship period (full-time)
Student status in Computer Science or related field
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written - a prerequisite
Interpersonal skills (communication, openness, empathy)
Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Outlook applications and functions of MS Word, MS Excel programs
Experience in IT support department gained through internships or apprenticeships will be an advantage
