Twoje zadania

Utrzymywanie obszaru bezpieczeństwa w ramach działu
Wspieranie audytów klientów i certyfikacyjnych
Utrzymywanie zarządzania incydentami
Proaktywny rozwój systemów bezpieczeństwa
Zapewnienie wsparcia sieciowego "smart hands" dla jednego z wiodących projektów

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum rok komercyjnego doświadczenia w dziale wsparcia technicznego IT, związane z sieciami i bezpieczeństwem – warunek konieczny
Znajomość zagadnień związanych z konfiguracją i utrzymaniem sieci LAN/WAN oraz Wi-Fi
Wiedza na poziomie Cisco CCNA (posiadanie certyfikatów będzie dodatkowym atutem)
Wykształcenie wyższe o profilu informatycznym lub w trackie studiów niestacjonarnych
Otwartość, komunikatywność, empatia, rzetelność, skrupulatność
Nastawienie na skuteczność oraz terminowość rozwiązywania zadań
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego oraz płynna znajomość języka polskiego
Prawo jazdy kat. B

Are you interested in network and security issues? Do you want to constantly improve your competencies in this area? If yes - join our IT Support team. You will learn the standards and tools of our company, and you will be responsible for direct internal and external customers.

We are looking for people who are open to working from the office, in an international team, available full time.

Your role

Maintain the security area within the department
Support customer and certification audits
Maintain incident management
Proactive development of security systems
Provide "smart hands" network support for one of the leading projects

Your skills

A minimum of one year of commercial experience in an IT support department, related to networks and security - prerequisite
Knowledge of configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
Knowledge of Cisco CCNA level (possession of certificates will be an added advantage)
Higher education with IT profile or in the course of part-time studies
Openness, communication, empathy, reliability, meticulousness
Focus on efficiency and timely completion of tasks
Good knowledge of English and fluency in Polish
Driving license cat. B
