Your role as a Senior Project Manager/ Analyst will involve a significant presence in the Middle East, with a minimum 50% of your time spent at customer offices with a commitment to the first 6 months onsite with returns for short breaks. Fluency in English is paramount for effective communication and collaboration.

• Manage IT projects in accordance with industry best practices
• Assume accountability for project business outcomes
• Drive effective planning and budgeting processes
• Implement robust risk management strategies
• Provide regular project progress reports
• Foster collaboration with project teams and other team managers
• Contribute to the company's development strategy and the Competence Center
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine functional and technical requirements
• Undertake frequent trips to the Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia)

• Higher education degree
• At least 7 years leading complex IT projects across multiple industries as a Project Manager/Analyst
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors effectively
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies; certifications (PMI/PMP, Prince2 Practitioner) preferred
• Strong understanding of agile and service management methodologies
• Solid technical knowledge in IT systems design and construction
• Competent in using project management technologies
• Exceptional team management, communication, and motivational skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
