Twoje zadania

Doradztwo w obszarze podatków ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zagadnień związanych z cenami transferowymi
Przygotowywanie dokumentacji cen transferowych
Weryfikacja umów, porozumień i innych dokumentów w zakresie podatkowym
Przygotowywanie opinii podatkowych, wniosków o interpretacje
Wsparcie w kontroli dokumentacji księgowej pod względem ryzyka podatkowego
Przygotowywanie raportów i podsumowań dla Głównej Księgowej, Dyrektora Finansowego i Zarządu
Pomoc przy redagowaniu pism do organów podatkowych – udzielanie informacji
Współpraca z innymi departamentami spółki w obszarze zagadnień podatkowych
Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach podatkowych oraz monitorowanie bieżącego orzecznictwa

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe prawo, finanse lub pokrewne
Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w obszarze podatków i cen transferowych (doświadczenie zdobyte w firmie doradczej będzie atutem)
Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów podatkowych
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
Rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne i logicznego myślenia
Dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań
Zaangażowanie i pozytywne nastawienie do pracy
Gotowość do współpracy z menedżerami różnych działów

Possible locations

Sii's Accounting Department is a team of over 30 people full of passion and commitment.

We are responsible for comprehensive support of the company within the scope of accounting and tax advisory. We use modern IT tools in our work.

If you want to work in a friendly atmosphere, share knowledge and experience, support our business by combining tax issues with the development of the company - join us!

Your role

Advice in the area of taxes with particular emphasis on transfer pricing issues
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Verification of contracts, agreements and other documents in the tax field
Preparation of tax opinions, requests for interpretations
Support in the control of accounting documentation in terms of tax risks
Preparation of reports and summaries for the Chief Accountant, CFO and the Board of Directors
Assistance in drafting letters to tax authorities - providing information
Cooperation with other departments of the company in the area of tax issues
Monitoring changes in tax laws and monitoring current case law

Your skills

University degree in law, finance or related field
Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in the area of taxes and transfer pricing (experience gained in a consulting company will be an advantage)
Very good knowledge of tax regulations
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
Developed analytical and logical thinking skills
Good organization of work and ability to prioritize tasks
Commitment and positive attitude to work
Willingness to cooperate with managers of various departments
