Twoje zadania

Zdalne wsparcie użytkowników wewnętrznych w zakresie oprogramowania systemowego, użytkowego oraz sprzętu komputerowego i urządzeń peryferyjnych
Nadawanie oraz odbieranie uprawnień
Podstawowa diagnoza zgłoszonych incydentów
Współpraca z innymi liniami wsparcia
Instalacja oraz konfiguracja oprogramowania
Wsparcie użytkowników korzystających z najnowszych rozwiązań Microsoft (Teams, Office 365, itp.)
Dbanie o aktualizację bazy wiedzy

Twoje umiejętności

Podstawowa wiedza w zakresie obsługi sprzętu komputerowego oraz aplikacji biurowych
Zaangażowanie i chęć rozwoju w obszarze IT
Bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
Wysoka kultura osobista
Umiejętność pracy w zespole
Nastawienie na skuteczność oraz terminowość rozwiązywania zadań
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B1
Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym (w godzinach 07:00 – 18:00)

Your role

Remote support of internal users for system software, application software and computer hardware and peripherals
Granting and revoking privileges
Basic diagnosis of reported incidents
Cooperation with other support lines
Installation and configuration of software
Supporting users using the latest Microsoft solutions (Teams, Office 365, etc.).
Taking care of updating the knowledge base

Your skills

Basic knowledge of operating computer hardware and office applications
Commitment and willingness to develop in the IT area
Very good interpersonal and communication skills
High personal culture
Ability to work in a team
Focus on efficiency and timely completion of tasks
Knowledge of English at min. B1
Willingness to work in shifts (07:00 - 18:00)
