Twoje zadania

Planowanie i zarządzanie projektem w obszarze form wtryskowych
Monitorowanie i kontrola budżetu projektowego, identyfikacja potencjalnych ryzyk oraz podejmowanie działań prewencyjnych w tym obszarze
Koordynacja międzynarodowego zespołu inżynierów produktu
Ciągłe doskonalenie procesów w obszarze produkcji, montażu oraz walidacji części prototypowych

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze mechaniki, projektowania lub zarządzania procesem wtrysku
Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego
Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
Otwartość na podróże służbowe

Possible locations

Join Sii and start working as a Project Manager in the automotive industry. In this position you will use and develop your knowledge and experience in the area closely related to injection molds. Your decisions will have an impact on the technical aspects of production not only in Poland, but also abroad.

Your role

Planning and project management in the injection molding area
Monitoring and controlling the project budget, identifying potential risks and taking preventive actions in this area
Coordination of an international team of product engineers
Continuous process improvement in the area of manufacturing, assembly and validation of prototype parts

Your skills

Higher technical education
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of mechanics, design or injection process management
Fluent knowledge of the English language
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Openness to business travel
