Twoje zadania

Przygotowywanie comiesięcznych raportów i analiz
Wsparcie w tworzeniu rocznego budżetu, analiza odchyleń
Analiza rentowności projektów, przedstawianie wniosków i rekomendacji
Współpraca z menadżerami
Pomoc w uzupełnianiu ankiet dla klientów
Aktualizowanie raportu o konkurencji
Wspieranie zespołu w codziennych obowiązkach
Dbanie o dokumentację w dziale

Twoje umiejętności

Wysokie umiejętności analityczne
Bardzo dobra znajomość Microsoft Office, szczególnie programu MS Excel
Komunikatywność, umiejętność współdziałania i budowania dobrych relacji
Dokładność, systematyczność, inicjatywa i pro-aktywność
Wykształcenie wyższe lub student ostatnich lat studiów (finanse, ekonomia, zarządzanie)
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. średniozaawansowanym
Mile widziana znajomość Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI lub SQL

Your role

Preparation of monthly reports and analysis
Support in the creation of the annual budget, analysis of deviations
Analyzing the profitability of projects, presenting conclusions and recommendations
Cooperation with managers
Assist in completing customer surveys
Updating the competitive report
Supporting the team in daily duties
Taking care of documentation in the department

Your skills

High analytical skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Communication skills, ability to interact and build good relationships
Accuracy, regularity, initiative and pro-activity
University degree or final year student (finance, economics, management)
Knowledge of English at a minimum intermediate level
Knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI or SQL is welcome
