Obecnie poszukujemy Junior Security Specialist do naszego wewnętrznego działu Security & Compliance, który zajmuje się szeroko rozumianym bezpieczeństwem IT, bezpieczeństwem fizycznym oraz bezpieczeństwem informacji, w tym ochroną danych osobowych. Nasz zespół doradza w sprawach związanych z bezpieczeństwem, wydaje rekomendacje oraz nadzoruje przestrzeganie obowiązujących zasad. Jesteśmy odpowiedzialni za przeprowadzanie planowanych lub doraźnych audytów oraz wdrażanie lub wspieranie we wdrażaniu nowych środków bezpieczeństwa, procedur i instrukcji.

Twoje zadania

Opiniowanie umów pod kątem zgodności z GDPR oraz wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa
Przygotowywanie rekomendacji postępowania w zakresie bezpieczeństwa
Szkolenie pracowników z zakresu norm ISO, GDPR oraz bezpieczeństwa
Wsparcie w utrzymaniu wdrożonych certyfikacji międzynarodowych (ISO 27001, ISO 9001 ISO 27018, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, TISAX) w organizacji
Tworzenie dokumentacji zgodnej z wymaganiami GDPR oraz norm
Udział we wdrażaniu standardów międzynarodowych w organizacji zgodnie z wymaganiami biznesu
Partycypacja w audytach wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznych norm ISO, TISAX oraz GDPR
Pomoc w bieżących pracach działu

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum roczne doświadczenie w pracy biurowej w organizacji o złożonej strukturze organizacyjnej
Wykształcenie wyższe
Wiedza z zakresu przepisów GDPR
Znajomość języka angielskiego w zakresie pracy z dokumentacją
Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz zastosowania metodyk zwinnych

Mile widziane:

Doświadczenie w pracy z oprogramowaniem do zarządzania zadaniami JIRA
Znajomość standardów ISO (27001, 9001)
Uprawnienia Audytora wewnętrznego w zakresie standardów ISO

We are currently looking for a Junior Security Specialist to join our in-house Security & Compliance department, which deals extensively with IT security, physical security and information security, including data protection. Our team advises on security issues, makes recommendations and oversees compliance with applicable policies. We are responsible for conducting planned or ad hoc audits and implementing or supporting the implementation of new security measures, procedures and instructions.

Your role

Review contracts for compliance with GDPR and security requirements
Preparing recommendations for security proceedings
Training of employees on ISO, GDPR and security standards
Support in maintaining implemented international certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 9001 ISO 27018, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, TISAX) in the organization
Creation of documentation in accordance with GDPR requirements and standards
Participation in the implementation of international standards in the organization in accordance with business requirements
Participation in internal and external audits of ISO, TISAX and GDPR standards
Assist in the day-to-day work of the department

Your skills

Minimum of one year experience in office work in a complex organization
Higher education
Knowledge of GDPR regulations
Knowledge of English for working with documentation
Ability to work in a team and apply agile methodologies

Optional:

Experience working with JIRA task management software
Knowledge of ISO standards (27001, 9001)
Internal Auditor certification in ISO standards
