As the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we're seeking a business analyst to join our growing team, providing analysis services for our client from the retail sector. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing processes, especially in the logistics area, and shaping the future of retail business.

• Capturing and organizing system requirements to support interim state and end-state processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
• Facilitating workshops
• Providing reviews and sign-off for designs from all projects within the program
• Participating in and supporting test planning and execution
• Providing deliverables such as business process maps, workshop materials and system requirements documentation

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in a retail setting
• A keen understanding of retail processes, trends, and challenges
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges
• Full work proficiency in English
• Skills in logistics will be an asset

Optional:

• Knowledge of WMS and Azure DevOps
