Osoba na tym stanowisku powinna mieć min. pół roku doświadczenia jako Specjalista ds. wsparcia IT lub pokrewnym. Oczekujemy dyspozycyjności do pracy zmianowej (od poniedziałku do piątku w godz. 07:00-18:00).

Twoje zadania

Rejestrowanie zgłoszeń i analiza przyczyn błędnego działania stacji roboczych użytkowników
Zdalne wsparcie techniczne użytkowników w zakresie oprogramowania systemowego, użytkowego oraz sprzętu komputerowego i urządzeń peryferyjnych
Ścisła współpraca z 2 oraz 3 linią wsparcia
Obsługiwanie zgłoszeń w narzędziu ITSM w oparciu o praktyki ITIL
Monitorowanie otwartych zgłoszeń oraz informowanie użytkowników o ich bieżącym statusie

Twoje umiejętności

Bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne: komunikatywność, otwartość, empatia
Umiejętność dobrej organizacji własnej pracy
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
Znajomość systemów operacyjnych MS Windows
Wiedza na temat budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
Znajomość konfiguracji aplikacji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word, MS Excel
Praktyczna znajomość usługi MS Active Directory

Join Sii's Rzeszow branch as an IT Support Specialist!

You will learn the standards and tools of our company, you will be responsible for direct and remote support of internal users. We provide development opportunities in the areas of application support and IT Infrastructure, among others.

The person in this position should have at least six months of experience as an IT Support Specialist or related. We expect availability for shift work (Monday to Friday 07:00-18:00).

Your role

Logging requests and analyzing the causes of malfunction of users' workstations
Providing remote technical support to users for system software, application software and computer hardware and peripherals
Working closely with 2nd and 3rd line support
Handling requests in the ITSM tool based on ITIL practices
Monitoring open tickets and informing users of their current status

Your skills

Very good interpersonal and communication skills: communicativeness, openness, empathy
Ability to organize own work well
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
Knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams application configuration and MS Word, MS Excel functions
Practical knowledge of MS Active Directory service
