• Ensuring  the efficient functioning of offices in Katowice, Gliwice and Częstochowa
• Managing of office space and workplaces for employees
• Following up on security procedures
• Engaging in contact with suppliers, service, and space rental companies
• Taking responsibility for office procurement
• Analyzing and controlling contracts and office operating costs
• Assisting in the organization and support of meetings, conferences, or events in the offices

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of office management  
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English 
• Communication skills, high personal culture, and pleasant appearance 
• Scrupulous and systematic 
• Easiness in establishing contact with people 
• Positive attitude in action 
• Ability to work organization and self-reliance
