Wsparcie managerów sprzedaży podczas codziennych zadań
Współpraca z Działem Rekrutacji przy pozyskiwaniu i angażowaniu kandydatów z wykorzystaniem najlepszych technik rekrutacyjnych i sourcingowych
Pomoc w rekrutowaniu i budowaniu zespołów do międzynarodowych projektów
Organizowanie i koordynacja wydarzeń integracyjnych dla pracowników i klientów departamentu
Współpraca z wewnętrznymi działami firmy
Utrzymywanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy

Twoje umiejętności

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego oraz języka polskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację biznesową
Dostępność do pracy z biura Sii Gdańsk minimum 2 dni w tygodniu
Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności komunikacyjne, umiejętność łatwego nawiązywania kontaktów, budowania i utrzymywania pozytywnych relacji
Samodzielność i umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej
Zainteresowanie obszarem sprzedaży i chęć rozwoju w tym kierunku
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Dostępność na minimum 3/4 etatu w godzinach biznesowych pomiędzy 9-17 (+/- 1h)

We offer flexible working hours in a modern and spacious office and the opportunity to continue employment at Sii after your internship in such positions as Sales and Delivery Operations Specialist, Associate Business Manager, and many others.

Your role

Supporting sales managers during daily tasks
Work with the Recruitment Department to source and engage candidates using the best recruitment and sourcing techniques
Assist in recruiting and building teams for international projects
Organizing and coordinating team-building events for the department's employees and clients
Cooperation with internal departments of the company
Maintaining a positive image of the company

Your skills

Very good knowledge of English and Polish language in the degree which enables free business communication
Availability to work from the Sii Gdańsk office a minimum of 2 days per week
Highly developed communication skills, ability to easily establish contacts, build and maintain positive relations
Independence and ability to organize own work
Interest in the area of sales and willingness to develop in this direction
Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability for a minimum of 3/4 time during business hours between 9am - 5pm (+/- 1h)
Minimum 2nd year college students are welcome
