Twoje zadania

Zarządzanie rozwojem technicznym projektów składających się z komponentów z tworzyw sztucznych i poliuretanowych, zgodnie z wymaganiami prawnymi, klienta oraz wewnętrznymi
Koordynowanie i zarządzanie pracami zespołu inżynierów konstruktorów
Prowadzenie spotkań z klientem, dostawcami oraz z wewnętrznym zespołem projektowym
Planowanie etapów projektu (koncepcja, rozwój, testy walidacyjne)
Terminowe dostarczanie kolejnych etapów projektu
Koordynowanie prac dostawców narzędzi przy współpracy z inżynierami procesu i narzędzi
Przygotowanie danych projektowych do zwolnienia prototypu i narzędzi do produkcji seryjnej
Odpowiedzialność za wsparcie uruchomienia produkcji
Wsparcie przy przejmowaniu projektów z innych oddziałów

Twoje umiejętności

Ukończone studia wyższe o profilu mechanicznym lub pokrewnym
Znajomość języków angielskiego i niemieckiego na poziomie biegłym
Doświadczenie w branży motoryzacyjnej
Doświadczenie i wiedza o rozwoju komponentów z tworzyw sztucznych i poliuretanu
Zdolności przywódcze oraz umiejętność pracy zespołowej
Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjnie
Wiedza i doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami, min. 3 lata w podobnych projektach
Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektem i procesami
Gotowość do dojazdu do biura w Grójcu pod Warszawą przynajmniej raz w tygodniu
Otwartość na wyjazdy zagraniczne

We are looking for a person to fill the position of Automotive Component Development Project Engineer for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for managing the technical aspect of project development and ensuring timely completion of projects.

If you have experience in the automotive industry, are an expert in project management, are open to working in Grojec (once a week) and want to be part of a team developing innovative products, then this offer is for you. Join us and create the future of automotive together!

Your role

Manage the technical development of projects consisting of plastic and polyurethane components in accordance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements
Coordinate and manage the work of the design engineering team
Conducting meetings with the customer, suppliers and the internal project team
Planning project milestones (concept, development, validation testing)
Timely delivery of project milestones
Coordinating the work of tool suppliers in cooperation with process and tool engineers
Preparation of design data for release of prototype and tools for mass production
Responsibility for production launch support
Supporting the takeover of projects from other divisions

Your skills

Completed university degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Fluent knowledge of English and German languages
Experience in the automotive industry
Experience and knowledge of plastic and polyurethane component development
Leadership and teamwork skills
Very good communication skills
Knowledge and experience in project management, min. 3 years in similar projects
Practical knowledge of project and process management tools
Willingness to travel to the office in Grojec near Warsaw at least once a week
Openness to travel abroad
