Twoje zadania

Kompleksowa organizacja oraz planowanie eventów lokalnych
Zarządzanie budżetem eventów, negocjacje z dostawcami
Planowanie i przygotowanie lokalnej komunikacji wewnętrznej 
Koordynowanie działań grup zainteresowań i grup sportowych w lokalizacji
Przygotowywanie prezentacji na eventy lokalne, np. integracje
Koordynowanie programów wolontariackich na poziomie lokalnym oraz działań CSR

Twoje umiejętności

Wykształcenie wyższe lub status studenta studiów niestacjonarnych (wymagana dyspozycyjność na pełen etat)
Dyspozycyjność do pracy z biura Sii Gdańsk minimum 3 dni w tygodniu
Minimum pół roku doświadczenia w obszarze organizacji eventów
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego oraz płynna znajomość języka polskiego
Umiejętność tworzenia treści na social media
Znajomość pakietu MS Office
Bardzo wysokie kompetencje interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
Pasja, kreatywność, umiejętność myślenia koncepcyjnego i generowania nowych, niestandardowych pomysłów
Zdolność do planowania i organizacji czasu pracy, priorytetyzowania zadań oraz dotrzymywania terminów

Your role

Comprehensive organization and planning of local events
Event budget management, negotiations with suppliers
Planning and preparation of local internal communications
Coordinating activities of interest groups and sports groups in the location
Preparing presentations for local events, such as integrations
Coordinating volunteer programs at the local level and CSR activities

Your skills

Higher education or status of a part-time student (full-time availability required)
Availability to work from the Sii Gdańsk office a minimum of 3 days a week
Minimum six months of experience in the area of event organization
Good knowledge of English and fluency in Polish
Ability to create content for social media
Knowledge of MS Office package
Very high interpersonal and communication skills
Passion, creativity, ability to think conceptually and generate new, non-standard ideas
Ability to plan and organize work time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
