Poznasz standardy i narzędzia obowiązujące w naszej firmie, będziesz odpowiedzialny za bezpośrednie oraz zdalne wsparcie użytkowników wewnętrznych. Zapewniamy możliwość rozwoju m.in. w obszarach wsparcia aplikacji oraz Infrastruktury IT. Wspomożesz również zdalnie działania Sii w Ukrainie.

Oczekujemy dyspozycyjności do pracy zmianowej (od poniedziałku do piątku w godz. 07:00-18:00).

Twoje zadania

Rejestrowanie zgłoszeń i analizowanie przyczyn błędnego działania stacji roboczych użytkowników
Zdalne wsparcie techniczne użytkowników w zakresie oprogramowania systemowego, użytkowego oraz sprzętu komputerowego i urządzeń peryferyjnych
Ścisła współpraca z 2 oraz 3 linią wsparcia
Obsługiwanie zgłoszeń w narzędziu ITSM w oparciu o praktyki ITIL
Monitorowanie otwartych zgłoszeń oraz informowanie użytkowników o bieżącym statusie
Wsparcie Sii Polska i Sii Ukraina

Twoje umiejętności

Bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
Dobra znajomość języka polskiego i ukraińskiego w mowie i piśmie
Znajomość systemów operacyjnych Microsoft Windows
Wiedza na temat budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
Dobra organizacja własnej pracy

Mile widziane:

Znajomość konfiguracji aplikacji Microsoft Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Praktyczna znajomość usługi Active Directory
Komunikatywny poziom języka angielskiego

Join Sii's Rzeszow branch as an IT Support Specialist!

You will learn the standards and tools of our company, you will be responsible for direct and remote support of internal users. We provide development opportunities in the areas of Application Support and IT Infrastructure, among others. You will also remotely support Sii's operations in Ukraine.

We expect availability for shift work (Monday - Friday from 07:00-18:00).

Your role

Logging requests and analyzing the causes of malfunctioning user workstations
Providing remote technical support to users for system software, application software and computer hardware and peripherals
Working closely with 2nd and 3rd line support
Handling requests in the ITSM tool based on ITIL practices
Monitoring of open notifications and informing users of the current status
Support of Sii Poland and Sii Ukraine

Your skills

Very good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of Polish and Ukrainian, both spoken and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
Knowledge of computer hardware construction and basic configuration elements
Good organization of own work

Optional:

Familiarity with the configuration of Microsoft Outlook, Teams applications and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel functions
Practical knowledge of Active Directory service
Communicative level of English language
