Rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych zgłaszanych przez użytkowników
Przygotowywanie sprzętu komputerowego
Inwentaryzacja sprzętu komputerowego
Współpraca przy realizowaniu zamówień na sprzęt IT
Zarządzanie w Active Directory
Podstawowa konfiguracja urządzeń sieciowych
Współpraca z zespołami wyższych linii wsparcia – smart hands
Poznanie mechanizmów monitoringu i analizy infrastruktury IT
Realizowanie zadań zgodnie z międzynarodowymi standardami świadczenia usług informatycznych ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum pół roku doświadczenia – w tym staże, praktyki
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie – warunek konieczny
Wiedza na temat budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
Dobra znajomość systemu Microsoft Windows
Znajomość konfiguracji aplikacji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word, MS Excel

IT Operations is a Competence Center responsible for carrying out tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung), servers, operating systems, networks (Windows, Linux, CISCO, Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

We are looking for IT Support Specialists who are open to performing stationary tasks from a client's office, working from an office in one of Sii's branches, as well as traveling tasks in the area of a particular province.

Depending on your experience, preferences as to the form of employment, types of tasks and financial expectations, we guarantee opportunities for further development in the chosen direction. Don't wait, apply!

Your role

Resolving technical problems reported by users
Preparation of computer equipment
Inventory of computer equipment
Collaborating in the processing of IT equipment orders
Management in Active Directory
Basic configuration of network devices
Collaborating with higher support line teams - smart hands
Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring and analysis mechanisms
Performing tasks in accordance with international IT service delivery standards ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Your skills

Minimum six months of experience - including internships, apprenticeships
Good knowledge of spoken and written English - a prerequisite
Knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams application configuration and MS Word, MS Excel functions
Practical knowledge of MS Active Directory service
Knowledge of issues related to the configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
Knowledge of issues related to server configuration
Interpersonal skills: communicativeness, openness
Good organization of own work
Driving license cat B
