As part of the Business Services Competence Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international financial institution, in which our team (+20 Data Management Specialists) supports operational processes in the area of investment funds.

Onboarding will be carried out at an office located in the center of Warsaw and after the implementation period, it is possible to work partly remotely.

• Updating data in internal systems
• Verifying data on clients' investments in investment funds
• Transferring data between banking systems and ensuring their correctness
• Analyzing of data discrepancies in Excel
• Communicating with other international teams in order to detect irregularities in internal databases
• Ensuring that internal process deadlines are met

• Fluency in English and Polish
• Students or graduates – preferably from Economics, Finance, or Linguistic
• Good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
• Interest in financial markets would be an asset
