• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, and design SAP solutions that align with organizational goals
• Lead customization efforts and ABAP programming to tailor SAP solutions, ensuring they meet the unique needs of clients
• Take charge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA implementation projects, overseeing end-to-end processes, including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Manage seamless integrations between SAP and external systems, fostering efficient data flow in areas such as sales, HR, and production
• Conduct training sessions for end-users, empowering them to maximize the benefits of SAP solutions and new functionalities
• Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements and recommending enhancements
• Implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SAP configurations and developments
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects 

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant, with a successful track record in delivering high-quality solutions
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in German is advantageous
• Expertise in at least one SAP module, including SD, BW, FI/CO, HCM, Basis, or Fiori
• Proficient in integration with external systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex SAP challenges
• Previous involvement in global projects and familiarity with diverse industries is a plus
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
