Twoje zadania

Dostarczanie różnorodnych usług rejestrowania
Zarządzanie technologią, zapewniając jej maksymalną dostępność i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie technicznym w celu wsparcia i konserwacji
Odpowiedzialność za różne projekty oraz ciągłe procesy zmian wokół działań projektowych i produkcyjnych
Dołączanie do zespołów projektowych, pełnienie roli Eksperta ds. rejestracji mobilnej, dostarczając ogólną wiedzę i wskazówki dotyczące aspektów projektowej architektury
Nawiązywanie kontaktów z zewnętrznymi partnerami i dostawcami
Tworzenie szczegółowej dokumentacji architektonicznej
Utrzymywanie aktualnej wiedzy na temat istniejących i nowych trendów w rejestracji mobilnej

Twoje umiejętności

Znajomość systemów i technologii rejestrowania mobilnego (NICE, VERBA, rozwiązania do rejestrowania mobilnego: Movius, Truphone)
Znajomość serwera Microsoft Windows oraz narzędzi produktywności
Wiedza z zakresu standardowych metodologii dostarczania usług (ITIL, COBIT)
Umiejętność projektowania rozwiązań opartych na wymaganiach biznesowych
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego oraz angielskiego

We are looking for experienced and motivated mobile record keeping experts. If you have a passion for technology and want to be part of a global Voice and eCom Record Keeping project for a client in the banking industry, then this offer is for you!

You will be part of a team responsible for a newly established platform in Poland to ensure compliance with voice and eCom record keeping regulations. Your tasks will include not only application development, but also definition, implementation and optimization of tools and automation of activities within the Record Keeping domain.

Your role

Provide a variety of recording services
Manage technology, ensuring maximum availability and maintaining it at the appropriate technical level for support and maintenance
Responsibility for various projects and continuous change processes around project and production activities
Joining project teams, acting as Mobile Registration Expert, providing general knowledge and guidance on design aspects of the architecture
Establish relationships with external partners and suppliers
Create detailed architectural documentation
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of existing and new trends in mobile registration

Your skills

Knowledge of mobile recording systems and technologies (NICE, VERBA, mobile recording solutions: Movius, Truphone)
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and productivity tools
Knowledge of standard service delivery methodologies (ITIL, COBIT)
Ability to design solutions based on business requirements
Very good knowledge of Polish and English language
