Twoje zadania

Wsparcie IT użytkowników w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów technicznych związanych z aplikacjami, systemami oraz sprzętem komputerowym
Przygotowanie komputerów użytkowników do pracy
Wsparcie klientów w rozwiązywaniu problemów z sieciami LAN/WAN i Wi-Fi
Konfiguracja sieci LAN/WAN Wi-Fi oraz serwerów
Poznanie mechanizmów monitoringu i analizy infrastruktury IT
Dojazdy samochodem operacyjnym do klientów
Realizowanie zadań zgodnie z międzynarodowymi standardami świadczenia usług informatycznych ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Twoje umiejętności

Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia, w tym staże, praktyki
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie – warunek konieczny
Wiedza na temat budowy sprzętu komputerowego oraz podstawowych elementów konfiguracji
Dobra znajomość systemu MS Windows i MS Active Directory lub Azure AD
Doświadczenie w konfiguracji aplikacji MS Outlook, Teams oraz funkcji programów MS Word, MS Excel
Znajomość zagadnień związanych z konfiguracją serwerów, a także z konfiguracją i utrzymaniem sieci LAN/WAN i Wi-Fi oraz umiejętność konfiguracji urządzeń
Umiejętności interpersonalne (komunikatywność, otwartość) oraz dobra organizacja własnej pracy

IT Operations is a Competence Center responsible for carrying out tasks and projects in the area of maintenance of: workstations and mobile devices: computers, laptops, tablets, cell phones, printers (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Samsung), servers, operating systems, networks (Windows, Linux, CISCO, Azure, AWS), databases (SQL, Oracle), applications (SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, O365, D365).

If you care to work in an international environment, where you can use and develop your English language skills in a practical way - you have come to the perfect place! We are looking for a person for the position of IT Support Specialist who will be ready to work three shifts (24/7 support).

Your role

IT support of users in solving technical problems related to applications, systems and computer hardware
Preparing users' computers for operation
Support customers in troubleshooting LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
Configuring LAN/WAN Wi-Fi networks and servers
Learning about monitoring and analysis mechanisms for IT infrastructure
Commuting by operating vehicle to customers
Performing tasks in accordance with international standards for IT service delivery ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Your skills

Minimum 2 years of experience, including internships, apprenticeships
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English - a prerequisite
Knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
Good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Active Directory or Azure AD
Experience in configuring MS Outlook, Teams applications and MS Word, MS Excel functions
Knowledge of server configuration, as well as LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance, and ability to configure devices
Interpersonal skills (communicativeness, openness) and good organization of own work
